Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the information provided in the "Contact Us" section below. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has been shipped. Refunds for canceled orders typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be denied a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify it meets our return policy requirements. Upon approval, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed by our team, followed by additional processing time from your bank or credit card company (typically 5-10 business days). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For purchases made with gift cards or store credit, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as some institutions require additional processing time. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately with your order number and payment details. We will investigate the issue and work with our payment processor to resolve it promptly. In cases where refunds are delayed due to incorrect payment information provided by the customer, additional processing time may be required to correct the information and reissue the refund.
